About Me
Originally from Alaska, I have called the Pacific Northwest home for over 20 years, continually inspired by its natural beauty and diversity. As a second-generation multiracial Asian American, my experiences have shaped my understanding of identity, belonging, and resilience. This perspective informs my work as a therapist, offering insights into the complexities of navigating both individual and collective spaces and the importance of honoring each client's unique background.
Before counseling, my career in technology project management and nonprofit community development strengthened my ability to foster meaningful connections and collaboration. My community development experience, in particular, inspired a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their journey toward empowerment and change.
In therapy, I strive to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel seen and supported. Together, we will explore pathways to meaningful change and personal growth that align with your values and life goals.
